This print is inspired by an Alice Neel painting in the RISD museum, "Nancy Selvage", 1967.  I was struck by Neel's ability to capture intensity in her subject's eyes.  These prints use some of her nude portraits and traditional male portraits as reference for figure and line drawings that were collaged together to form the print.  Much of the color inspiration came from her works as well.
